The weekend is an intensive self-exploration expedition. During this 4 day training, everything is geared to enable you to become highly self-aware.

Self-exploration is an intense and emotional process. To ensure a completely safe environment around your experience, we limit the number of participants of The Weekend to 14. A team of 2 trainers collaborate to structure and guide the group process, whilst providing everyone with the personal attention and support needed to let everyone’s self-exploration take its natural course.

The Training


It’s impossible to give a comprehensive overview of what will happen during The Weekend. It is a unified 4 day group process of self-exploration. In other words, the whole is so much more than the sum of its parts. With that in mind, most activities during The Weekend will be one of these 5 types

Overnight stays are not included.
Most participants go home after the training to return to Bodegraven the next day. If you are considering an overnights stay near the venue, we can recommend the Tulip Inn Bodegraven, which is located at a 5 minutes car drive.

Yes. However, it is our experience that participants enjoy taking the Monday off, to have some time for themselves and reflect on the new insights.
